Coaching Mindfulness

Important News!

In June 2020, I retired my license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. The next month, I began a coaching practice so I could continue the mindfulness work I so love. Now, five years later, I have decided to actually retire from that work and to begin the next phase of life – whatever that may look like. I am curious to find out what will unfold once I step outside the familiar container I have lived in for forty-five years as a counselor and coach.

I will continue to see established clients only through Wednesday, May 28th.

I am grateful for the gift of getting to know so many over the years and to join each you as you have explored ways to resolve issues, to grow past obstacles, to seek a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. I deeply appreciate that opportunity.

Let me remind you that you are the decision maker in all matters of your life. How you choose to look at yourself, your relationships, your world is completely up to you. It is, indeed, true:

There must be another way of looking at this, and I can decide to see it differently.
